THE WISDOM OF THE SERPENT - MATTHEW 10:16

1.       It hides its head when an enemy attack. [Because every component on the head is important and should be used well.]

Eyes-as a leader, control what you look at to prevent corrupting your mind
Mouth- limit talking, the bible says in a multitude of words sin lurks.
Ears – you have two ears o that you listen more than talking
Nose- represents sense, be able to use an extra sense when making decisions in your leadership

2.       Snakes do not move in large companies

as a leader learn to be scares. Do not move with the crowd. Learn to separate yourself because scarcity adds value.
During separation find out what the people you lead do not like to do-that they should do and do it. You could use the time to pray, fast and seek the Lords face
Do not use your power in scarcity to threaten the people you lead, and keep in mind that not all the people have the same agenda. Some have a completely different agenda-just like not everyone that is at the airport is a traveler.

3.       The snake resembles its environment- green snakes are found in grass, patched snakes in stones
-          Have the mind of Christ. study the word of God to make yourself acquainted with the will of God. The bible says study to show yourself an approved workman who doesn’t need to be ashamed.

4.       Snake does not go with eyes but with sense.

Eyes represents what people see; the circumstances and issues that are in our immediate environment.
Senses means using logic, wisdom and seeking Gods guidance in decision making.
Do not walk by sight, walk by faith.
Do not believe situations, they are not true, believe the word of God because it is true and tested seven times.

5.       Watch your steps, do not just walk anywhere.
